Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policies 1. There is a non-refundable charge of $50 admin/registration fee for every cancellation that is to be deducted. 2. If the School cancels a course or changes dates after your enrolment, you will be eligible to receive a voucher or full refund of the workshop fee. 3. All withdrawal requests must be made via email to the administration. There is a non-refundable charge of $50 admin/registration fee for every cancellation that is to be deducted. Withdrawal requests received via email after the first session of a class package, workshop or holiday camp begins will result in a 70% tuition refund + $50 admin/registration fee Withdrawal requests received via email after the third session of a class package, workshop or holiday camp begins will result in a no tuition refund. Withdrawal / cancellation requests received via email or phone less than 48 hours before a one-off class or holiday camp (defined as any workshop less than 4-weeks in duration) will result in no refund.
